INTERESTED and eligible applicants are invited for the entrance examination for admission into the 2018/2019 University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) School Of General Nursing for a three (3) year General Nursing Programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).
Entry Requirements
The followings are the entry requirements into University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) for the 2015 session.
(1) Applicants MUST not be less than 18 years old at the point of resumption in October, 2018.
(2) Qualification; five(5) Credit passes obtained in not more than two(2) sittings in (WASCE/GCE/NECO) in the following subjects,
* English Language,
* Mathematics,
* Biology,
* Physics and
* Chemistry.

How To Obtained UBTH Application Form
The UNIBEN teaching hospital school of nursing Applications forms can be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Director (Nursing Education/Principal). The sales of UBTH admission form runs from Monday to Friday. (time: 9:00 am to 3:00 PM)
Note: There are no online sale, applicants should beware of fraudsters.
Submission of Application Form
Completed forms should be returned to the undersigned with evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only made payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the REMITA Platform in any Commercial Bank under the service type “Training School – School of Nursing”.
Forms should be returned with four (4) recent coloured passport photographs (taken in preceding two weeks).
Pay the sum of Two hundred naira (N200.00) only into the EDO STATE NURSING AND MIDWIFERY COUNCIL COMMITTEE first bank account: 2004854377.
